1. What age group is your indoor playground suitable for?
Our indoor playgrounds are typically designed for children aged 2 to 15 years old. We can also tailor specific areas to different age groups, such as toddlers (2–5 years) and older kids (6–15 years), ensuring safe and engaging play experiences for everyone.
2. What materials are used for your indoor playgrounds? Are they safe?
We use high-quality, non-toxic, and durable materials such as galvanized steel pipes, soft foam padding, eco-friendly PVC, and food-grade plastic. All materials meet international safety standards and are designed to ensure a safe and worry-free play environment for children.
3. How long does indoor playground take?
Production typically takes 15–25 workdays, depending on the size and complexity of the design.
4. Can the playground be customized to fit my space and needs?
Yes, all our playgrounds are fully customizable based on your available space, budget, and business goals. If you have preferred elements, themes, or special requirements, we will incorporate them into the design to meet your expectations.
5. What information do I need to provide?
You just need to provide the dimensions of your site — a simple hand-drawn sketch is fine, and a CAD file is even better if available.
6. What will the designer need from me during the customization process?
Our designer will confirm a few key details with you, including your target age group, preferred theme, color scheme, and desired play functions or features. This helps us create a design that fits both your space and your vision.
7. Can I customize the playground with my own branding?
Yes, we offer customization services including logo placement, color changes.
8. How is the product shipped, and how long does it take?
We work with reliable freight forwarders who will recommend the most cost-effective and secure shipping method for you. In most cases, the goods are shipped by sea in containers. The shipping time depends on your location, but generally ranges from 15 to 40 days.
9. How is the playground installed, and do you provide installation support?
We provide detailed installation instructions, diagrams, and videos to guide your team step by step. If needed, we can also send professional installers to your location(you need to provide round – trip air tickets and hotel accommodation, and a subsidy of 100 – 150 US dollars per person per day is also required) or offer free remote support to ensure smooth installation.
10. Do you provide a warranty for your indoor playgrounds?
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on all our indoor playground equipment. During the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts for any quality-related issues. After the warranty expires, we continue to offer lifetime technical support and paid parts replacement if needed.
